Luchenko Evgen Dmitrovich

(1914 – 1998)

Luchenko Evgen Dmitrovich – was born on 30th of July, 1914, in Golinzi village, Chernigiv region. He studied at the Kyiv Art Institute. Mentors: F. Krichevsky, K. Trokhimenko. He worked in the easel painting industry. Since 1947 he took part in republican and all-union exhibitions. The main works: "Portrait of M. Ozerny" (1947); "Milkmaid" (1957); "The leaders of the partisan movement in Ukraine" (1967); "Portrait of K. Trokhimenko" (1967) and others.The Artist died in 1998.
