Kostenko Anatoly Alexandrovich - was born on May 29, 1920, in the village of Ivanivtsy (Kherson region). Studied at the Kharkiv Art Institute (1946 - 1950). Teachers by profession: M. Barishev, E. Gornichny, O. Kokel, B. Kosarev. He worked in the field of easel painting. Member of the Great Patriotic War. Awarded with medals. Participated in republican exhibitions (1960). Major works: "Landslide on the Dnieper" (1960); "In the Science of the Clerk" (1961); "On the Dnieper" (1963); "First snow"; "Summer" (1968) and others. Lived and worked in the city of Kyiv. He died in 1996.
