Gavrilyuk Nikolay Stepanovich
Gavrilyuk Nikolay Stepanovich – was born on November 27, 1927 in Mikhnov village, Izyaslavsky district, Khmelnytsky region. He graduated from the Simferopol Art College (1946-1951). Mentors: V. Bernadsky, M. Kroshitsky. Painter. The main genre is landscape. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1970). He worked at the Crimean art-production plant (1970). He participated in exhibitions: regional, republican, Union (1950), personal - in Simferopol (1989). Major works: "Azov" (1965), "Young poplars" (1970), "On Karadag" (1975), "Fishing Village" (1977), "Sevastopol bay" (1978), "Surroundings of Gurzuf" (1980), "The beginning of spring" (1983), "Sunny Day" (1985), "Surroundings of Sudak" (1986), "Vineyards" (1995). He lived and worked in Simferopol city, died on June 20, 1998.
