Bilyak Volodymyr Yosypovych – was born on 4th of May, 1924 in Odessa. He studied at Odessa Art College and Kyiv Art Institute. Worked in the field of easel painting. The main works of the artist are "Azovstal", series of "Kyiv", "Memorable places of Taras Shevchenko in Kyiv", "On the Dnipro river", "Dnipro near Kyiv" and others. Participated in republican and Union exhibitions. The artist died in 2009.
