Babak Volodymyr Mykolayovich
Babak Volodymyr Mykolayovich – was born on 7th of October 1946 in Priluky city, Chernihiv region. He studied at Kyiv State Art Institute. Mentors: Yablonska T., Shatalin V., Khmelko G. Worked in the easel painting industry. Since 1976 he became a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Since 1971 he participated in republican and all-Union exhibitions. Main works: "My Contemporary" (1971), "Oil of Chernigov", "Near Chernulli", "The First Flight of Utochkin" (1972), "Paratrooper" (1973), "Portrait of the Technologist Y. Korotkogo", "In Chernigiv Region" (1974), "After the Change", "Portrait of V. Novak "(1976)," The Attraction of the Earth "(1980), "Openness" (1989), "M. Bulgakov. Return to Kyiv" (1995), "Still life with Kalina"(1998), a picturesque series "Landscapes of Chernigiv" (1990-2002). Works are represented in Chernigiv, Zaporizhya and Lviv art museums.
