Akinshin Mykhaylo Vasilovich
Akinshin Mykhaylo Vasilovich – was born on 18th of February in 1927 in Lomov village (modern Kursk Region). He studied at Tashkent Art College and Kyiv National Art Institute. Mentors: Redkіn S. and Zhukov M. Since 1968 – Member of National Union of Artists of Ukraine. He worked in the field of easel painting. Since 1965 he has participated in republican and all-union exhibitions. The first personal exhibition took place in 1977. Major works: Autumn (1965); Park (1967); "Spring Day" (1968), "The City Landscape" (1968), "Evening" (1970), "Sea Port" (1970), "Bus Station" (1972), "Sunny Day" (1972), "Kirillovsky Fishermen" (1973), "The Spring River of the Snows" (1974). The works are presented in the Zaporizhzhya Regional Art Museum and private collections of Ukraine, Russia, Italy, France, and Great Britain. Mykhailo Vasilovich died on 22th of July, 1982 in Kharkiv.
